Sidney Davidoff → Sid Davidoff – Most, if not all sources on the subject list him as "Sid" Davidoff rather than his full name of Sidney, including the subject himself. I don't think this is the most vital change to Wikipedia, but going off of WP:COMMONNAME I'd say swap the names and make Sid Davidoff the main page with Sidney Davidoff being a redirect. --^The Robot Parade 16:04, 18 November 2025 (UTC)

Agreed, anecdotally all the sources I've seen in the past few days have used "Sid". Here's links to New York Times, New York Post, City and State NY, etc. Legoktm (talk) 23:16, 18 November 2025 (UTC)
