Hi. Review to follow. Canary757 (talk) 06:13, 1 October 2026 (UTC)Reply

  • Alt text on photos has recently become a GA requirement
  • MOS:GEOLINK, Tamil Nadu can be unlinked in the lead
  • Chennai can be linked in the infobox
  • Tamilnadu to Tamil Nadu in infobox
  • Does 'Sub' need to be capitalized?
  • Subject is Shruthi L, ref 4 is about K Shruti?
  • I am pretty sure that is a typo in the source article. Ref 30 has "L. Shruthi" and the picture resembles her closely. BennyOnTheLoose (talk) 09:02, 1 October 2026 (UTC) Another source on google uses L.Shruti so her name is misspelled from time to timeReply
  • Refs 5 and 6 are dead links
  • women's world championship to Women's World Championship (2025)
  • In January 2026 needs a comma
  • The link highlighter tool and citeunseen are both flagging ref 9 Tamil Nada Gov as an unreliable source
Thanks. Canary757 (talk) 07:03, 1 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
  • Ref 3 incidentally uses Abinav not Abinava and doesn't have 'four days a week'
  • The Mylapore Times source has "coached by Abinava four days a week, with sessions running to three hours a day. At home, she practices daily for an other three hours."; I think I included the other ref for the spelling of "Abinav" but then forgot to change it in the article. • 7, 8, 3b check out
  • 11 goes to 2019. Can this be replaced?
  • 12, 13 fine
  • 16 fine. It also uses her full name
  • 18 doesn't have 'for players who did not reach....'
  • I have mislaid the relevent issue of Snooker Scene which may or may not confirm this. The only real online source I could find was this which links to the entry pack for 2023 (i.e. not 2025). Options seem to be to use that source, or to remove the statement - which is better? BennyOnTheLoose (talk) 10:32, 1 October 2026 (UTC) PendingReply
I'd remove it for now, and re-add it if Snooker Scene verifies it. Canary757 (talk) 12:24, 1 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
  • 19 fails. Shows current rankings, archive won't load for me
  • 21, 22, 24 fine but the archive for 24 needs updating
  • 26 fine

Many thanks, Canary757. I've replied above - no direct reply to a comment means I've fixed the issue. Regards, BennyOnTheLoose (talk) 10:32, 1 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
  • From updated version
  • Ref 27 is about a different event
  • Ref 28 redirects to something else
  • Ref 30 Instagram is not a great source here. It's supported by an article which does not state the score and I will need to log on with a different device to access the first one
  • Ref 35, 38, 39 all fine

Thanks. Canary757 (talk) 11:17, 1 October 2026 (UTC)Reply

  • Ideally ref 37 would have a page number
  • There is some inconsistency with event name capitalization. 2026, one event is in lower case, others earlier in the article are in capitals.
I think I've fixed these now. BennyOnTheLoose (talk) 18:22, 1 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
  • Photos checked for licensing and fine
  • Earwig high of 28% for attributed quote so no issues
Thanks. Canary757 (talk) 12:06, 1 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
Thanks again, Canary757. Let me know about anything else that needs to be done. Regards, BennyOnTheLoose (talk) 18:33, 1 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
