Animal Fat

Supposedly it was a mixture of cow fat (and so sacreligious to Hindus) and pig fat (and so unlean to Muslims). 62.172.108.23 (talk) 13:23, 20 January 2010 (UTC)

Degeneratory use

"Sepoy" is being used nowadays in a degeneratory way by some Indian nationalists. I've added it wtice, but was also reverted twice; the second time because ""Sepoy" is a fairly neutral historic term for a private soldier in modern India - rather like "GI" or "Tommy". Sorry but Twitter is not a particularly authoritative source." The secons argument is fair, but the first is incomplete, since the term is being used in a degeneratory way by some.
