212.138.47.20 seem to have copied this article (named "On Semantic Features") from some unspecified source and did not credit the author, I don't know what should be done in this case. I just adjusted the text to Wikipedia standards. It's still necessary to make the links and some style adjustments.

Something should be done about the author though (at least reference him).

The article should be a compreensive collection of information about the subject not a thesis itself. Some major changes must be done by a qualified person in the subject.

Muhammad Ali Al Khuli is an arb Semanticist not that well known... thats all what i can say about him
