Need to add SVCS info --Terry 01:49, 31 August 2005 (UTC)Reply

Need to add images of Data and SVCS because of their appearance is quite different then the office/tactical. --Terry 01:49, 31 August 2005 (UTC)Reply

Think we should add current firmware version info, latest is 2.4 with 2.4-IP in beta. Unless someone else adds, will look at how to incorporate. --Terry 01:51, 31 August 2005 (UTC)Reply

'releasable'?

[edit]

What's 'releasable' mean in the context of the article?

I would assume saleable to the public without any special clearance.--Oni Ookami AlfadorTalk|@ 20:54, 21 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
I was wondering the exact same thing. Can we get a more definitive answer? This would be a valuable addition. Danielx (talk) 11:27, 23 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

How widely is this system used?

[edit]

The US gvn't is mentioned as a user. Are there others? I'm also wondering to what extent it is used within the gvn't. Danielx (talk) 11:35, 23 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Very widely, STE is the replacement for the STU-III phones, of which about 400.000 were in use by the US government and military. P2Peter (talk) 01:04, 19 November 2012 (UTC)Reply
