Industry?
[edit]Are people working in the tourism industry the only ones that come under the "Seasonworkers" label? I've heard fruit pickers and the like in Australia referred to using the same term. Lankiveil 05:07, 24 March 2007 (UTC).

Redirect?

As a UK resident: I don't think this term is really in wide use as claimed
[edit]Google Books has zero results for "a seasonworker" (spelled without the space, as it is here), and there are virtually no results on Google Web either. (Remember to use the quote marks so it searches for the two-word phrase.) ~2026-86823-2 (talk) 10:35, 8 February 2026 (UTC)
- The other word mentioned here, "saisonaire", seems equally vanishingly rare. It might be used in French, though I'd expect a double-n spelling. Anyway, the term "holiday rep" is well known so that should probably be the article title, and the others mentioned in passing if at all: they are not words that people know or use. ~2026-86823-2 (talk) 10:38, 8 February 2026 (UTC)
