I do not think the following statement is correct "...Maurice Brennan, formerly of the Cierva Autogiro Company which had been taken over by Saro". Based on articles in Flight, specifically :

"Saro Design Deputy". FLIGHT: 614. 25 May 1951.

I think that Maurice was already working for Saro when they got Cierva's helicopter business. Any one know of any other information that corroborates the original statement? Did Maurice spend a period working directly for Cierva?

It struck me as wrong when I first read it, and I edited it a bit. I think that Flight article is conclusive enough. GraemeLeggett (talk) 20:59, 6 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
