The name of the article should be 'Sarn y Bwch' and not 'Sarn y Bwlch'. Although that form does go back to the 19th century, it is an error for 'Sarn y Bwch' ('bwch' is Welsh for 'buck'). For instance, Google Books has more than ten times the number for hits for 'Sarn y Bwch', including many in Welsh. ('Sarn y Bwlch' appears only in English-language sources.) 'Sarn y Bwch' is the form in the Melville Richards Place-name Database: http://www.e-gymraeg.co.uk/enwaulleoedd/amr/

I'd suggest then that the name be changed, with a short explanation on the two forms.
