Notability?

Shoddy Construction
[edit]Sansiri had a PR nightmare regarding garbage and paper being stuffed into walls at their Base Project in Bangkok
Recently Sansiri has been sued by a group of owners of Baan Maikhao for damages due to serious structural and other defects at this property, and loss of income due to 5 years of largely ineffective defect remediation.
Sansiri and CEO, now Thai Prime Minister Srettha, pursued one plaintiff with criminal and civil defamation cases, which have been dismissed by the court. Sansiri refusing to accept criminal, civil and appeals court verdicts against them further mounted appeals to Supreme Court.
A criminal counter suit is pending against Sansiri and their Executive team for filing false criminal charges and making false statements in court (perjury) 142.114.166.78 (talk) 15:54, 17 September 2023 (UTC)
