Rachita Taneja faces contempt proceedings before the Supreme Court for her tweets against the judiciary.

Dozens of articles in law journals and popular press, both in India and abroad, describe this legal case as highly relevant to freedom of speech in India and to intellectual freedom for artists and comic artists.

Yet any reference to this prominent legal action —- no matter how small — is immediately deleted.
