 Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. Unfortunately since the page is semi-protected so only 4 day old accounts with 10 edits can edit it. Your account already satisfies the age requirement but does not have enough edits (you need 7 more). "Sringeri" is Toponymic and given name "Sangeetha" ought to be used.

Sangeetha Sringeri was born in Sringeri. She therefore carries Sringeri as a Toponymic name which is quite common amongst Indian artists to uniquely distinguish them. As Sringeri is not her surname, referring to her by her name is advisable.

This issue needs to be addressed in the article.
