Relation to Chebyshev's inequality
[edit]With the weaker √n instead of √(n-1), this would be a simple corrolary of Chebyshev's inequality. I wonder if it is possible to derive this inequality based on it, with some way to care about that 1 entry. --mfb (talk) 17:03, 7 November 2013 (UTC)
