I believe this article violates Wikipedia's NPOV policy. More than two million people have watched Eshaghoff's 60 Minutes Interview on YouTube, which describes his fraudulent activity in detail. Eshaghoff's real estate business should not be the primary focus of this article. This comment made in 2021 was likely correct. Since then there appear to many secondary sources and citation supporting his notability as a real estate developer today. This feels more prevalent. WidgetSpinner (talk) 05:59, 23 August 2025 (UTC)Reply
