According to http://docs.adventistarchives.org/docs/FEDO/FEDO19730301__B.pdf, in March 1973 the hospital was moved from its location at the Phu Nhuan crossroads (the location of the villa pictured) to the former 3rd field hospital (which is the location of the "now" picture) by the airport.
