quotations in English

[edit]

Hey guys - who did the English here? I think the English quotes are unreadable, I guess they were just machine-translated from Ukr or Rus. So I could brush them up and make them more understandable but just wanted to be sure - are they actually quoted from some English source or are they translations and so can be edited for clarity? Tsarist and not imperial

[edit]

How could the Russian Imperial Army be perpetrators if there were still 13 years left before the proclamation of the empire? 31.202.71.56 (talk) 06:10, 6 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

Chronology

[edit]

The article has confusing dates. If Mazepa went over to the Swedes on November 8, why was Baturyn sacked on November 2? The author should be careful to distinguish European and Russian dates in this period and use them consistently. ~2026-38631-87 (talk) 15:55, 6 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
