Blade stiffness
[edit]This should be updated. Since the blades were stiffened in 2000, they are technically stiffer than epee blades. If you put one on a gabarit, they are allowed less deflection.
The Principle of Sabre
[edit]"Sabre, unlike epee or foil is about distance, timing, and bladework." It says in the article. So in Foil and Epee you don't care about distance, timing and bladework?:)
