I'm trying to figure it out from the French Wikipedia article and I think the answer is yes. Can anyone translate "graduateur" for me? I think it might be an autotransformer but that doesn't seem right for a DC locomotive. Biscuittin (talk) 11:23, 29 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

I'm pretty sure these locos had 2-speed gearing (note the dual top speed 160/200 kph) but I can't find references so I have removed the text for now. Biscuittin (talk) 10:41, 30 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
