Reading over this article, it reads like an essay or a video script on the history of this group rather than a neutral article on the matter. Headings like "The Most Hated Company In Tech" read more like chapter titles than sections and there are lines like "In any case, the stage was set for the next several years' worth of court filings, depositions, hearings, interim rulings, and so on" which, while neutral, seems sensationalized.
