Admiralty Law

[edit]

I propose to amend the reference to Admiralty Law, which conventionally deals with "wet" topics such as liens, salvage, arrest of ships, collisions, towage &c. The Rotterdam Rules govern "dry law", i.e. Carriage of Goods, which is distinct from Admiralty Law. - Arrivisto (talk) 12:35, 28 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
