[edit]I looked at the numbers at rotax own webpage, and they don't seem to agree with the numbers in this article. I think the weight of 78 kg, as listed here in wikipedia, is too much. If rotax page is correct, the 914 is in fact not much heavier than the 912ULS. The latter is said to weight 60kg on its wikipedia article. --Avl (talk) 17:48, 13 August 2009 (UTC)
Errors
[edit]Hy there, Someone should review this text, there are several mistakes/errors. A exemple: "Reduction gear: Integrated reduction gear 1:2.273; 1:2.43 optional"
- wrong*, the 914 is delivered with 1: 2.43 ratio only, Rotax customer support asked, they respond that the 1:2.273 was never delivered from them, but could be a rare case of rebuilt with spare parts from other engines.
