The AP News article itself — which is the source cited in the article — states: "He was accidentally introduced as fellow Rep. Mike Lynch." This is not a self-published source claim. This is in the AP article you are defending. The AP article also quotes Hanks saying he was "trying to put Lynch at ease." The Wikipedia article omits this context entirely in violation of WP:NPOV. The same AP article quotes Hanks directly saying he was "trying to put Lynch at ease." This exculpatory context comes directly from the cited AP source itself — not a self-published source. The current Wikipedia article omits it entirely, presenting only Democratic Party officials' characterization. This violates WP:NPOV. I am raising a legitimate WP:NPOV concern based on the AP News source cited in the article itself, which states Rep. Hanks was accidentally introduced as Rep. Lynch and was trying to put him at ease. Attempting to sanction an editor for raising sourced neutrality concerns does not address the substance of the issue. I will defer to administrator judgment on both matters.
