Different wording for lead
[edit]The same quote regarding the purpose of the committee is repeated under 'Formalities', and seems more suited to that section. Less formal wording could be better understood by readers, as well as being more interesting. BlackcurrantTea (talk) 10:27, 1 April 2019 (UTC)
