[edit]@Pirhayati: hi, I am checking citations in the hope of removing the tag. Do you think your edit at 15:48, 31 January 2023 was correct? currently Emeritus Professor of Linguistics, University of Cape Town. He was previously an honorary professorial fellow at the University of Edinburgh.
Lass seems to be listed at Edinburgh Academic staff | Linguistics and English Language | School of Philosophy, Psychology and language sciences, but I can't find him at Cape Town. TSventon (talk) 01:24, 3 December 2025 (UTC)
