it would be nice to include some info about the various details and parts of rock cut architecture, such as stairs, columns, sculptures, ornaments and so on. dvdrw 23:45, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

Only India? Other "cave dwellings"
[edit]I'm also slightly confused about this article "Rock Cut Architecture" and why it is specifically related to India. Does this not include all dwellings/buildings dug, carved or cut from rock? Wouldn't it also include I Sassi (The Sassi, on the English page) of Matera in Italy? I guess I'm really wondering if there is something particular about Indian rock cut architecture that limits the scope of this particular article and if so should it then not be called Indian Rock cut architecture -=mini=- (talk) 02:14, 1 May 2009 (UTC)
