Rick's birth name

There seems to be a disagreement about Rick's birth name. Some suggest that he was born as Richard Harrison, and others (myself included) think that he was born Richard Parfitt. Is there any cast-iron proof anywhere about what his birth-name is? Kev ^(talk) 06:19, 13 October 2006 (UTC)
