Scope of topic
[edit]The article opens by claiming that retraining and refresher training are the same thing, which is dubious at best, and not supported by any references, then concentrates on retraining for alternative skills, but there is no real structure to the content. · · · Peter Southwood (talk): 03:48, 8 October 2019 (UTC)
