2013 Santiago de Compostela accident

This segment needs to be updated. The linked article should be a good tool for that. It also needs to be corrected that the lack of ERTMS was not the problem, but the lack of train control system infrastructure. ERTMS is simply a set of standards for everything from train control to traffic management. ETCS, on the other hand, could have prevented the accident (as could have many other train control systems). ~~trainman261~~
