Incorrect formula

- In the referenced text the correct formula would be the absolute number of (CER-EER) (see a bit further down in the section about ARR), and mathematically that´s equal to the absolute number of (EER-CER); e.g. ABS(1-0.5)=ABS(0.5-1).
- By using the absolute numer you loose the information (contained in the sign of the result) if it is a risk reduction or increase, which will have to be provided in the text.
- I have restored the semantically and mathematically correct formula in the template. T.pienn (talk) 13:38, 5 April 2014 (UTC)
Formulas for reduction, increase and change were separated and are now unambiguous, as well as match the references. Psarka (talk) 21:30, 8 September 2018 (UTC)
