Fair use rationale for Image:NS logo.jpg
[edit]
Image:NS logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Prose and MoS
[edit]Lead and infobox
[edit]- "the station feature grilles but adopts a pink colour scheme.", I may not be understanding why it words it as "but"?
- Zkang added that. Fixed it
History
[edit]- "from Tiong Bahru to Clementi stations", I may not be familiar with train terminology but shouldn't this start with "from the..."?
- I don't think so. I forgot which MOS section it is but it doesn't sound right if you add "the" before the station name
- Ok after discussing with some editors, there doesn't seem to be a consensus if "the" should be used before the station's name. Should I go with your suggestion?
- I don't think so. I forgot which MOS section it is but it doesn't sound right if you add "the" before the station name
- Queenstown is not wikilinked here though is wikilinked later in the body, should be fixed.
- It is if you're referring to "
which detailed the construction of Redhill and Commonwealth stations
". Queenstown was initially known as Commonwealth (not to be confused with the present-day Commonwealth MRT station) before it swapped names it with above station.
- It is if you're referring to "
- "with the MRTC awarding", wikilink for MRTC is missing.
- Done
Details
[edit]- " 2-5 minutes", should be an endash.
- Done
- "situated between Tiong Bahru and Queenstown stations.", see second comment.

Media
[edit]- All of the images used are on proper licensing and are relevant to the article. All good.
Refs
[edit]- Earwig's alright
- Reference checks: 1, 7, 8, 17, 23, 30, 39. All good.
Misc
[edit]- No ongoing edit war, broad enough information about the topic of the article, neutral.

Great article. New enough, more than long enough, good quality cites and some great images, all public. Good to go! Maury Markowitz (talk) 19:03, 19 June 2025 (UTC)
