Red oil vs red oil vs red oil: the description of the ethylene industry byproduct suggests it's a completely different substance to that produced in nuclear fuel reprocessing; meanwhile, per the disambiguation hint, palm oil can also be called "red oil"; surely then, this entry should be a disambiguation stub pointing at three (at least) different places: Red oil (nuclear reprocessing), Red oil (ethylene industry), and Palm oil [sometimes known as "red oil"]?
