Move article to the correct spelling

[edit]

Recorda-me is the correct spelling, with a hyphen and a lowercase m, and it is spelled correctly on Henderson's 1963 album cover. (The album cover is in all capitals, so you can't see from there that it should be a lowercase m, but pronouns never have capitals in Portuguese - except pronouns for God or other religious figures, and even that rule only counts in a church setting.)

"Recorda Me" is not another legitimate spelling, just a mistake from not being familiar with Portuguese, and it's a normal mistake to make, because using a hyphen to stick a pronoun onto a verb is not the way it's done in English or Spanish. (But French does have a similar thing.) TooManyFingers (he/him · talk) 12:37, 2 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
