"Portable Gaming Device"?

[edit]

"Portable Gaming Device"? Not really. This is just a pretty small netbook. Wikiditm (talk) 09:26, 23 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Yes, but remember, it plays games, and is made for GAMES. Not just a normal laptop or netbook. --Gaming&Computing (talk) 18:36, 23 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Handheld?

[edit]

This device looks a lot like a laptop or netbook, but, is it like a PSP or DS? --Gaming&Computing (talk) 18:36, 23 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Switch to Razer Blade?

[edit]

With today's announcement appears it will be officially called the Razer Blade, so switch from Razer switchblade (title/content?) Assuming this is the replacement, and not an additional concept.

They definitely the same thing? I saw the announcement today and the Razer Blade seems to be bigger, with a different processor, and more blatantly a netbook (which I already reckon the switchblade looked like, see above) Wikiditm (talk) 16:44, 26 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
I don't think they are. The switchblade is still the 'concept gaming portable' listed on Razer's page here. The Blade seems to be, like you said, a quite powerful netbook. Which has completely different stats than the Switchblade. The very confusing bit is, the keyboard that is on the Blade (as well as the Star Wars: The Old Republic keyboard they make) is called the "Switchblade UI"... Maybe the Blade needs it's own page, or at the very least a separate section describing the differences? Preludeoflight (talk) 15:39, 8 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

The picture is gone

[edit]

Somebody should find a picture and add it to this page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.197.254.69 (talk) 13:30, 20 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Razer Edge

[edit]

So with the Edge revealed and already slated for a release early this year... Has the Switchblade been abandoned? I mean, looking at the specs of the Edge, the Switchblade doesn't really look like it has any place in the world now, except maybe as a budget compromise on PC gaming. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.32.248.38 (talk) 21:16, 11 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

"Release Date"

[edit]

Who found this "release date", and where? It's now almost mid 2013. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.118.45.62 (talk) 12:50, 5 May 2013 (UTC)Reply

Almost 2017

[edit]

OK, so it's almost 2017... This thing is dead, and the article is out-of-date. LionKimbro (talk) 19:55, 22 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
