Hi there, I have expanded Ray Chung's article using content from Independent Together as well as some websites that cover the subject's pre-local politics life and career. I have condensed the email controversy material in Independent Together to keep the focus there on the ticket. The Chung article could cover the controversy in more detail. I have also removed the notability tag since the article now has enough third-party media sources to justify its existence. The first term section could do with some expansion.
