Help?

[edit]

Can someone please look at this. An editor keeps on reverting edits - on the baseless basis of POV and disruption -to what are clearly not POV or disruption. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Randy_Fine&diff=1283299796&oldid=1283298970 2603:7000:2101:AA00:398F:2FAB:E604:F63D (talk) 17:12, 31 March 2025 (UTC)Reply

The edits by https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/2603:7000:2101:AA00:40E0:CBD3:82F1:9828 are clearly biased and the user should be investigated for conflicts of interest. Literally every edit by that user is to improve the visibility and tone of Randy Fine 24.29.203.143 (talk) 17:20, 31 March 2025 (UTC)Reply

Position on Social Security

[edit]

I'm curious why we would delete reference to his position on Social Security. It strikes me as certainly relevant, as political positions go. And something that is not at all unusual to be covered in similar articles. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Randy_Fine&diff=1284123683&oldid=1284123339 It's not at all cruft or trivia. 184.153.21.19 (talk) 19:13, 5 April 2025 (UTC)Reply

America First?

[edit]

Bearing in mind the editorial vandalism on this page, there is no doubt someone will remove references ASAP.

  1. It is recorded that FINE has received at least $402,553 from AIPAC https://www.trackaipac.com/states/florida?rq=Fine
  2. On CNN he called for the Genocide of Palastinians by means of a Nuclear Bomb
  3. Someone is working very hard to hide racism, bigotry and an open support for a genocide, apartheid and ethnic cleansing in Palastine.

Randy Fine is, indeed, a walking pile of garbage. He is an absolute embarrassment to the Jewish community, and he definitely is a racist, bigoted warmonger.Toby (NOT Chandler) (talk) 12:30, 14 July 2025 (UTC)Reply

Policy advocacy

[edit]

On July 27, Randy Fine advocated on X (formerly known as Twitter) for the Thump Thump Act. This act was intended to legalize running over pedestrians, including (in his words) “Muslim Terrorists…BLM, Antifa, illegal immigrants…” he finished his post finishes with him saying “Thump thump!” This perhaps may have been in jest; however, calls for violence like this should be historically documented here in his article. Update on stance regarding Iran

[edit]

I have updated the article to include Fine’s stance on Iran during the Iran–Israel war. If anyone has additional reliable sources or further details about his views or actions, please feel free to add them to the article. --cyrfaw (talk) 17:57, 4 August 2025 (UTC)Reply

Greenland Annexation and Statehood Act

[edit]

While in the article is written the anexion would be "via cash transaction to Denmark", the bill itself aims to authorize the President "to take such steps as may be necessary, including by seeking to enter into negotiations with the Kingdom of Denmark, to annex or other wise acquire Greenland as a territory of the United States."L.T.Mido (talk) 16:59, 14 January 2026 (UTC) P.S.: The Greenland part appears twice (first subtitle in "Foreign policy" and last Subtitle in "Political Views"). As I consider that "via cash transaction" is not correct, I suggest to delete that part to be replaced by the other one, wherever you consider it better placed.L.T.Mido (talk) 07:14, 15 January 2026 (UTC)Reply

Unauthorized proxy voting on economic boycotts of Israel

[edit]

Unauthorized proxy voting on economic boycotts of Israel

Based on reports from February 2026, a video appeared to show U.S. Representative Randy Fine (R-FL) illegally casting votes on behalf of absent colleagues in the Florida House of Representatives.

According to reports, video footage showed Representative Fine pressing voting buttons for absent colleagues, a violation of Florida House rules prohibiting unauthorized proxy voting. While Fine claimed he was assisting with technical issues, he was subsequently reprimanded and fined for the incident, which occurred during a vote on a bill regarding economic boycotts of Israel. Despite some accusations of fraud, the matter was handled as an internal legislative rules violation. ~2026-26273-55 (talk) 05:42, 2 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

Contempt-of-court "flipping the bird" and making an "L-shaped loser" symbol

[edit]

An appeals court on Friday tossed out a contempt-of-court finding against U.S. Rep. Randy Fine, R-Fla., who was accused of "flipping the bird" and making an "L-shaped loser" symbol during an online legal hearing. The court ruled Fine's attorney was improperly prevented from drafting a motion to disqualify the judge.
