@gromgull, Yes it is random projection in the Euclidean spaces. The projection is given by the sum of raw vectors of the projection matrix. See this reference.^[1]-Mightyscience (talk) 16:07, 30 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

It seems that this article just randomly used upper case when citing a source using title caps, so I beat all that down.
