The article says "Director Harrington also reused special effects footage from that film, as well as footage from the Soviet science fiction film Nebo Zovyot (Battle Beyond the Sun)."

I have never seen any evidence that they acknowledged this 'lifting' of another's intellectual property - which makes it theft Montalban (talk) 13:24, 4 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

If you take a look at the Wikipedia page for Nebo Zovyot you'll see that Roger Corman bought the US rights to that movie. If you also take a look at the Wikipedia page for Planeta Bur (and Voyage to the Prehistoric Planet), you'll see that Corman also bought the rights to Planeta Bur as well. He did not commit theft as he paid for the rights to use the footage. 47.161.2.22 (talk) 16:33, 11 September 2025 (UTC)Reply
