Multiple Issues with Vulnerabilities Section

The vulnerabilities section has multiple problems and needs significant revision. Statements like "the company does not usually react to [vulnerabilities] in a rapid manner" and "The company did nothing for the users" seem inflammatory and not in line with WP:NPOV. The references cited describe significant vulnerabilities that have caused data loss and some of them are critical of the company's response to some vulnerability reports (e.g. ), but they do not address the issue of the company's "usual" response. 1. The European Hardware Awards is an authoritative technology award, and also already listed in the current QNAP’s Wikipedia for 2017 and 2019. I just wanted to add the 2024 winner to keep the history updated.

2. The Red Dot Award is one of the top international product design awards, which has been widely recognized as notable in the technology world.

3. The CES Picks Award from TWICE, which is tied to CES, one of the world's largest and most notable technology events.

Awards should only be added if the award itself merits an article, this is what Spintendo means when they say "independent notability".
