The Python program should be changed to use generators instead of passing around the answers list. But I will let someone else do this as I have wasted too much time today on Wikipedia! :-)

Is it the same problem that Norvig discusses here? http://www.norvig.com/java-lisp.html He has some other links which may or may not work better.

Why not have a comparison of python and java code. That will be terrific!
