Does anybody know how this 'curse-related deaths' issue came about? Was this the official reason by Terry's as to why they pulled it from sale? I have done a search on this and cannot find anything related to this claim. You'd think that this would have hit the media.

If you look at that IP's edit history around the same time, it's highly likely that this is a hoax/vandalism, so I didn't bother with a "citation needed". Surely the "whenever a pyramid segment was bitten off, steam would come out of the bars" bit is a hoax/rubbish too? I was addicted to Pyramints (this being at least part of the reason my dentist has such a nice car) and I'm sure I'd have far clearer memories of the bar version had steam come out of it whenever I bit a piece off - I rather suspect that creating a chocolate bar able to do such a thing would be beyond the capabilities of even Willy Wonka, never mind 1980s Terrys' technicians. 92.41.50.224 (talk) 16:06, 19 March 2013 (UTC)Reply
