PPS Real Time Bill Payment in Hong Kong

In addition to the US usage of the term, PPS is also a widely used real time bill [payment service] in Hong Kong allowing real time payment from phones, the internet or ATM terminals in convenience stores, and by 22 banks. The service is provided jointly by EPS Company (Hong Kong) Limited 易辦事(香港)有限公司 and Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited.
