Capitalization
[edit]When I glanced at https://www.powtoon.com, it appeared that the capitalization of the company name may be "Powtoon" and that the capitalization of the software may be "PowToon"; if that conclusion is true (but I am not certain that it is true), then the subject of the article should be changed to the software rather than the company, or else the capitalization of the article title should be changed to reflect the capitalization of the company name. Hello, I am an employee of Powtoon, and I have a Conflict of Interest. The current Wikipedia article for Powtoon is outdated and only describes our older animation software. We have recently pivoted to become an AI video generator. I have prepared a neutral, non-promotional draft of the updated "Lead" and "Product" sections, backed by independent third-party tech reviews, to bring the article up to date. I would appreciate it if an independent editor could review and implement these changes. Proposed Lead Section: Powtoon Ltd. is a British company that develops cloud-based software for creating animated presentations, explainer videos, and AI-generated video content. The name "Powtoon" is a portmanteau of the words "PowerPoint" (trademarked by Microsoft) and "cartoon". Proposed Product Section: Powtoon is a web-based video creation platform. Originally launched as a traditional animation tool that allowed users to create presentations by manipulating pre-created objects, imported images, provided music, and user-created voice-overs, the platform has since integrated artificial intelligence (AI) technology.[1] The platform's AI features include a text-to-video generator, AI-assisted scriptwriting, text-to-speech voiceovers, and the use of lifelike AI avatars.[2][3] Powtoon provides several styles of video creation, including whiteboard doodles, 2D animation, and AI-generated live-action styles. Powtoon uses an Apache Flex engine to generate an XML file that can be played in the Powtoon online viewer, exported to YouTube, or downloaded as an MP4 file. The software is provided through a subscription-based model (SaaS). Melih VN References

Proposed update for Product section - COI
[edit]{{request edit}}
Hi again. I know my last request was flagged out as llm generated text. Sorry about that. I didn't know it. To be honest it did a pretty good job but I understand the point as well. I still have a conflict of interest as a Powtoon employee but Im just hoping for a small change this time.
In the product section, we are represented as we just make animated presentations. We changed our company completely in the last 2 years and we are generating real like videos, animations, whiteboards with AI. Our core product is based on AI now. You can check our site and you will see that too. Can an editor please mention this in the Product section? You can verify this by simplying checking our website's homepage.
I'm not looking to add any marketing spin. I just want our article to reflect our current and existing products.
Thanks for your help in advance.
