Jenaer Machtressourcenansatz – Power resource theory for trade unions K. Dörre

[edit]

German sociologists Klaus Dörre and also Stefan Schmalz have coined the Jenaer Machtressourcenansatz (Jena approach to power resource theory) which seems to be important in German trade union studies and especially for the current strategizing of German trade union activities. I think this should be included here, it probably has a direct link. Widderwald (talk) 10:15, 1 September 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hi User: Widderwald,
Do you have a ref for this approach, something by authors other than Dörre and Schmalz that discusses what this approach is and how it applies to the current German trade union activities? DMacks (talk) 11:10, 1 September 2026 (UTC)Reply
