What is available for manual mobile AMD cpu underclocking? It seems common for AMD laptops under Win7 to not go lower than 50% min cpu speed despite being totally idle and having a much lower min cpu setting -- why? -96.233.19.191 (talk) 21:18, 11 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

CrystalCPUID supports manual speed/voltage adjustments for K6/K7/K8 CPUs on MS Windows. PhenomMSRTweaker offers support for K10 CPUs.
