I am starting this page on the Port of Dubuque; it has so much happening that it deserves an article of its own now! I know a great deal about the Port/Ice Harbor area, so I think this provides a good summary of what's happening there, although it changes rather frequently. DBQer 00:55, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
Julien Dubuque Bridge
[edit]I think the sentence about the new Mississippi River Bridge is incredibly misleading and should be removed.
