I was able to make a few changes based on the source indicated (i.e. the host, correct spelling of the director's name, its appearance on Nickelodeon, and the MTV relationship.) Other information or statements included still need verification. Also, the name of the show may have been Popclips, but without a visual of the official logo, I can't be certain so I've left the entry as is.

Some dear soul has put some bits up on youtube. Here is an end spiel from Fleischer and the full ending music and credits which indeed show the title as "Popclips" (no capital C").

Article's name

The New Rolling Stone Encyclopedia of Rock and Roll ("Popclips") and MTV article ("PopClips") both spell it that way (without the space), however I believe the title screen was all in capitals so the two words using lower case would be "PopClips", however I see that other articles use "Pop Clips" but I haven't seen any of the actual title screens, if anyone has a screenshot it'd be helpful and could be used as a article header. As for now 'PopClips' seems like it is a combination of the two most used versions and all links point to this one article, if changing the title please make sure you have the redirects still pointing to the new name. So far the 'Rolling Stone Encyclopedia' seems to be the only reference source for the name, while others mention the show being spelled differently and don't list any references.
