Waffle and nonsence

"Plas Menai, even though it is governed by different bodies, is a complementary centre to Plas y Brenin, in that it is the major water-sports centre for Wales, however in the past it has undertaken mountain activities as well.". Rissible rubbish. That is putting a positive spin on a turd and muddle of failed devolution and partial duplication. The fact is that Plas Meani is the national water sports centre for Wales while Plas y Brenin is an English centre with an overlapping, but different remit and focus and a very different culture. There is no complementariness. It makes about as much logical sense as having two railway station in a town served by different lines and companies which are not coordionated.
