Update: Planisware public company status and IPO (April 2024)
[edit]| This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest has now been answered. |
Disclosing COI: I am an employee of Planisware and have declared my conflict of interest on my User page.
Issue: The article currently makes no mention that Planisware is a publicly listed company, which is a (rather) significant and independently documented factual omission.
Proposed addition: I propose adding the following sentence at the end of the opening paragraph:
- In April 2024, Planisware listed on Compartment A of Euronext Paris (ticker: PLNW), with a market capitalisation of approximately €1.1 billion at the time of listing, making it one of the largest technology IPOs on a European exchange in 2024.

- @NicolasVilars Thanks for making an effort to respect the COI guidelines by proposing content on this talk page, including suggested citations, and sticking to basic factual edits on the article itself. I've updated the article to incorporate information about the IPO. In line with Wikipedia:Reliable sources, I minimize citations to press releases unless there are no better sources available, but I found some helpful Reuters articles.
