• Long, new, no plagiarism, QPQ done. The hooks are not particularly interesting, but not uninteresting either (hook 2 is the more questionable one, but would be made more interesting by adding mention of which territories). The main problem: the original hook is not in the source, nor in the article, which do not spell outright the concept of reducing reliance on ballistic subs, but quite clearly indicate that some more subs were to be built. Please, either change the hook or make the notion appear clearly in the article, with wording that reflects what the source says. As an aside: all of the sources you used appear to be tertiary, which may present a problem in the long run; I have a minor quibble with the article not using any French source, which are bound to be richer in detail.
