Place House → Place, Fowey – The article title is unnecessarily specific. "Place" is the commonly used name in reliable sources, and no disambiguation is required. However, as Place is already used, Place Fowey would make more sense Shocker-z (talk) 22:15, 5 February 2026 (UTC)Reply
