A valid viewpoint, but not one which everybody shares. WP:PROD makes it very clear that the tag cannot be readded once challenged in good faith, as the deletion is no longer uncontroversial. Since this has been challenged twice now, the correct approach is to go through the articles for deletion process to see if you can get a consensus that this article doesn't belong. I wouldn't personally support such a request, since I believe the references listed are enough to pass the WP:BIO guideline, but you're welcome to try.
